Moira Bradfield Strydom (she/her)

PhD, M.Acu, B.Nat

Moira Bradfield Strydom (she/her), is the founder of Intimate Ecology and has over 20 years clinical experience working as a naturopath. She has a passion for helping people experience optimal health in sustainable, individualised and sensible ways.

Moira's approach encompasses holistic health principles and combines the best of complementary and integrative care. Assessing presentations through thorough questioning and when appropriate using standard and functional testing to assess influences contributing to the presentation. This often includes whole microbiome analysis.

Moira has a special interest in and completed a PhD exploring recurrent forms of vulvovaginal candidiasis (thrush) and the impacts of fluconazole oral therapy on the vaginal and digestive microbiomes.

Areas of special interest to Moira include:

  • Recurrent forms of Candidiasis, Bacterial Vaginosis and Aerobic vaginitis
  • Cytolytic vaginosis
  • Atypical yeast vaginitis and non-specific vaginitis
  • Preconception and pregnancy vaginal microbiome support
  • Post-partum vulvovaginal health
  • Vaginal microbiome restoration
  • HPV and cervical health, vulval health
  • Support in Lichen sclerosus / Lichen planus
  • Menopausal associated conditions, genitourinary syndrome of menopause and UTI
  • Penile and seminal microbiome health including preconception support, balanitis, urethritis, HPV and Lichens
  • Ureaplasma and Mycoplasma spp. carriage and infection

Consultations with Moira are integrative and evidenced based. She welcomes all people with genitourinary health concerns.

Jessie-Anne El-Tannoury (she/her)

Jessie is a degree-qualified Naturopath and nutritionist with a passion for all things related to hormones and sexual health.

Her passion also sits strongly with her love for all plants, animals and beings (especially her cat, Archer) which bring joy to her life.

With years of experience within community services, specifically youth work and within the natural health industry, Jessie has developed the ability to welcome you to feel heard and seen.

Jessie places a special interest in sexual health as she believes all individuals deserve to live happily in their body. Her belief is that normalised suffering should no longer have a place in anyone’s life!

Her mission is to listen to you, support you and assist you.

Areas of special interest to Jessie include:

    • Vulva/vaginal health
    • Recurrent bacterial vaginosis and thrush
    • Recurrent herpes
    • Bladder sensitivity/urinary health/UTI’s
    • Ureaplasma/Mycoplasma spp. infection

Consultations with Jessie are evidence-based and enriched by her commitment to ongoing educational training. All sessions are a safe space, proudly welcoming SW + LGBTQIA communities.

Danni Bichler (she/her)

Danni is a clinical naturopath and nutritionist who specialises in genitourinary health and chronic pain. 

Danni is passionate about creating a supportive space for her clients without the shame and taboo that often surrounds intimate health. Her holistic approach blends traditional practices with modern, evidence-based treatments, all tailored to meet your unique needs. Functional testing is an integral part of her practice, using these results to guide her treatments.

Danni holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and is also a certified Pain Reprocessing Therapist. She combines these areas of expertise to use a brain-body method that helps her clients deeply understand and feel safer in their own bodies. 

Danni is experienced in treating concerns including:

  • Clitorodynia

  • Painful intercourse 
  • Vaginismus
  • Lichen sclerosus/ Lichen planus
